Returns & Refunds policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products are individually 3D printed, all sales are final once the transaction is completed.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

1. Inspect Before You Buy

Customers are encouraged to inspect the product before completing their purchase.

Because 3D-printed products may naturally have minor variations, including:

• Layer lines

• Small surface imperfections

• Minor variations in color

• Slight dimensional variations

• Small differences from photographs or display samples

these characteristics do not qualify a product for a refund or exchange.

2. Damage After Purchase

Once the product has been purchased, the customer assumes responsibility for the product.

Damage resulting from dropping, bending, excessive force, heat, sunlight, improper storage, modification, misuse, or other handling after purchase does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. Defective Products

If a product has an obvious manufacturing defect that was not reasonably apparent at the time of purchase, please contact DeWayne Enterprises as soon as reasonably possible.

Any resolution for a verified manufacturing defect will be determined by DeWayne Enterprises on a case-by-case basis and may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

4. Custom Products

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to inspect the product and understands that the sale is final and the product is non-refundable after purchase, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
